In July 2005 we asked you to look at our flat in Sea Point, Cape Town with the view to renovating it and then letting it. The apartment is owned by myself who lives in Johannesburg and my family who are in the UK. We realised that it would be a daunting task since the flat had previously been occupied by an old couple and hadn’t been uplifted for many years.
@Ease started work and really did put us at ease by helping to solve every problem.
@Ease have since ensured that the apartment was occupied by responsible, reliable tenants who have taken good care of our asset and you have handled payment of all accounts (e.g. rates, levies, electricity/water etc.), so it has been great to have the income but to be “hands off” the property which would have been impossible otherwise.
All maintenance has been done and supervised efficiently and at the lowest possible cost under the circumstances.
We would like to wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone interested in renovating or letting their property and look forward to renewing our contract with you this year and the years to come !

I highly recommend the services of Mr. Anthony Kaufmann for dealing with all of your property management needs. Mr. Kaufmann has manage my property for the last four years including advice on purchasing the property, managing renovations, dealing with administration of the property, and responding to any emergency.
He walked me through all of the steps and matched a design to what I had in my mind. The transformation of my apartment was amazing and I am still in love with the kitchen four years later and often get complimented on the apartment when ever I have new guests over. His careful, meticulous work was of the highest quality and very affordable.
As a foreign national, this help has been absolutely essential as I was unfamiliar with many of the requirements in South Africa. He has responded to my calls or emergencies at any time of day or night, and has been absolutely invaluable in taking care of problems that have arisen when I was out of the country.
