Letting

We aim to provide a service whereby all your property management needs are catered for each month, without undue involvement from you.  All you need do is expect the funds paid into your account each month.

Sourcing suitable, approved tenants â€“ from advertising, showing the property, negotiating terms of tenancy, completing all documentation, and ensuring the best suited tenant is renting your property - we handle all of this for you, and present the best candidates for your approval.

Rent collections & reporting – We report to our clients on the status of their rent collections, as well as supply information to TPN in the unlikely event of payment default.

Maintenance and repairs – though our many years of experience we have built up a detailed knowledge of maintenance problems; what to do about them and who the best contractor for job is. This knowledge and information comes as part of our service to you.

Managing unforeseen problems and day to day operations (such as geyser damage etc) – we offer a 24 hour emergency helpline in the event of a major problem experienced relating to the property 

Payment of rates and accounts â€“ our service can include the payment of all accounts due regarding the property. This could be your rates and services account, garden & pool services, and any other payments which may be required from time to time

Credit Checks and affordability assessments – are carried out using the most up-to date technology and data services with TPN Credit Bureau.

Lease Agreements are continually updated to stay current with new legislation and industry standards.

Security Deposits â€“ These are held in an audited Fidelity Fund account by a firm of attorneys. All Fica and other legal requirements are catered for by them. This service is supplied at no additional cost to our clients.

Tenant Relations â€“ We handle all communication with tenants, from their day to day requests to handling their problems and queries.
