Preventative Maintenance

We aim to ensure that our clients are protected as much as foreseeable from emergency repairs and damages to their assets. Research has shown that an average of 1% of the value of your property is spent annually on emergency repairs – and this increases with the age of the property.

In order to achieve this – we offer a regular assessment of your asset, to inspect the key areas of your home in accordance with our detailed check-list, locate and identify any potential sources of problems – and to obtain quotes to repair them before they cause any damage.

A detailed report will be complied and submitted to you, with a recommended graded plan of action based on the urgency of the repair.

We recommend assessments are carried out on a bi-annual basis, but we are happy to schedule as per your requirements.

In the event of an unforeseen emergency repair – we offer a 24 hour hotline to our clients – just one more service offered to give you hassle feel home maintenance.
